Kenwood’s Viking VP8000 series P25 portable radios, developed under the EF Johnson brand, are advanced multi-band, multi-protocol devices engineered for mission-critical communications in public safety environments. Designed to operate across VHF, UHF, and 700/800 MHz bands, the VP8000 delivers unmatched interoperability by supporting APCO Project 25 (Phase 1 and Phase 2), DMR, analog FM, and Viking16 systems within a single device.
