The KENWOOD Viking VM7000 series P25 mobile radios, developed by EF Johnson Technologies, are advanced all-band, multi-deck communication solutions designed for public safety professionals who require reliable communications across multiple frequency bands. Supporting P25 Phase 1 and Phase 2, Viking16, and FM analog operation, the VM7000 provides flexible communication capabilities for demanding public safety environments. The VM7000 supports Low Band, VHF, UHF-Low, UHF-High, and 700/800 MHz operation, with single- or multi-deck configurations supporting up to four RF decks. Designed for mission-critical applications, the VM7000 features TrueVoice™ noise cancellation and voice enhancement, built-in GPS, advanced encryption options, and flexible control-head configurations. Its ability to simultaneously receive and display up to four bands, combined with selectable and un-selectable audio through external speakers, provides dispatch-style audio control in a mobile platform.
